Workspace Analyst

Carry out Asset Management and user onboarding.

Who you will be working for
Your new company is a global market leader in the entertainment industry, with multiple offices in regions across Asia, Europe and the Americas. They are looking for an IT Analyst to join them on their digitalisation journey as they implement newer technologies and continue to scale their technology operations.

What you will be doing
This is a junior to mid-level analyst role reporting directly to the IT Manager to support the new business project and operations. You will be assisting in the IT Infrastructure operations and services across the business regionally. You will handle all aspects of IT Operations including, but not limited to, End User Computing, Workspace and Server Management, and Asset Management.

You will provide troubleshooting support for software and hardware, inventory management, asset management and licensing for Infrastructure across the business regionally. You play a crucial and integral role in engaging and working with senior stakeholders to bring about change within the business to create new and different perspectives.

You will serve as a point of contact for end-users to troubleshoot and resolves all matters in the Infrastructure and workspace operations. You will continuously look for opportunities for improvements and suggest solutions to improve service delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing End-User Infrastructure Operations and Services in a global business
  • Sound technical understanding and knowhow on IT infrastructure across all domains (such as Network, Infrastructure management, Asset Management and Licensing)
  • Experience deploying large scale infrastructure and hands-on knowledge with enterprise technologies such as Office 365, MDM and service desk.
  • Strong business acumen with stellar communication skills to manage and liaise with 3rd party vendors
  • Technical certifications such as ITIL, PRINCE 2 and Agile are a strong advantage.
