Your new role
Your responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Manage a department consisting of engineers supporting various Consumer Electronics categories
• Monitor escalations, work with engineers and relevant stakeholders to tailor solutions to technical or quality issues
• Plan and initiate projects increasing efficiency and cost-effective service/repair methodologies
• Coordinate/conduct technical training to improve the technical/servicing/repairing skills of engineers
• Plan mid and long-term repair or technical support strategy/goals/activities with the understanding of HQ’s directions and market situations

What you'll need to succeed
In order to ensure your success in this role, you will be highly encouraged to possess the following requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8-10 years of related working experiences. Experience in global consumer electronics company is highly advantageous.
• Possess good leadership skills and experience in leading a team
• Possess strong interpersonal, analytical, negotiation and planning skills
