Technical Support Officer

Permanent role with leading FinTech firm: Provide technical support for cloud-based digital solutions products

Your new company
Your new company is a leading FinTech company providing state-of-the-art digital solutions. This is a newly created position for growth and they are looking for a Technical Support Officer to join their team as part of their expansion plans.

Your new role
  • Provide troubleshooting support to external clients for cloud-based digital solutions products
  • Diagnose and identify technical issues and provide solutions to customers within agreed SLA
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert to resolve any issues relation to the product and escalate to necessary teams
  • Liaise with cross-functional business units and teams to suggest areas for technical enhancement and develop solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Provide excellent implementation and resolution to external customers and clients

What you'll need to succeed
  • Hands-on experience providing technical support to external end users for cloud-based products or software
  • Sound technical mind to diagnose, troubleshoot and problem-solve
  • Strong communication skills to provide a pleasant experience to customers
  • Technical knowledge on Active Directory, IT helpdesk troubleshooting with some SQL is a strong advantage
  • Keen interest in the digital solutions or FinTech industry is a plus
