Your new company is a leading IT solutions provider providing state-of-the-art solutions. This is a newly created position for growth and they are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their team as part of their expansion plans.
Your new role
- Provide troubleshooting support to external clients for IT infrastructure systems
- Diagnose and identify technical issues and provide solutions to customers within agreed SLA
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert to resolve any issues for IT operations and escalate to necessary teams
- Liaise with cross-functional business units and teams to suggest areas for technical enhancement and develop solutions to meet customer requirements
- Provide excellent implementation and troubleshooting to external customers and clients
What you'll need to succeed
- Hands-on experience providing helpdesk and technical support to external end users, preferably within the Financial/Banking sector
- Sound technical mind to diagnose, troubleshoot and problem-solve
- Strong communication skills to provide a pleasant experience to customers
- Technical knowledge on Active Directory, IT helpdesk troubleshooting with some SQL is a strong advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
