My client is looking for a Team Assistant to join their CSS Team in Singapore
Your new role
- Scan and forward physical documents to required team
- Lodge documents to pigeon-holes and UDC
- Pick up documents from various locations within the building e.g., pigeon-holes, UDC, mailroom, specified desks
- Arrange for and liaise with Mailroom / DHL / Local Courier / Printroom for respective services
- Print, collate and insert documents into envelopes
- Perform simple form-filling based on checklist and information provided
- Follow-up with approvers for approvals / sign-offs efficiently and in short turnaround time
- Maintain stationery inventory
- Book and arrange for meeting rooms for client meetings in the building per meeting preparation request received
- Manage booking and schedule for team trainings
- Update team members and CAs on status of tasks
What you'll need to succeed
- A University degree/diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office functions - Word and PowerPoint
- Proactive self-starter that is keen to learn
- Organised and meticulous at planning tasks
