Our client is a leading MNC dealing with genetics research the life science industry. Hybrid working model with 3 days in the office, located North of Singapore.
Your new role
Due to expansion, the Talent Acquisition team is looking for a co-ordinator to assist them in all aspects of the administrative process of Talent Acquisition, specifically interview scheduling across various time zones, working closely with stakeholders and ensuring the recruitment process runs as smoothly as possible across the Asia-Pacific and Japan region.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be a team player who is highly organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where you are dealing with various queries across multiple regional time zones. Ideally immediately available and from an MNC background, this role does not require TA or HR administrative experience but would be preferred.
