A leading sustainability energy solutions player in Asia Pacific is looking for an In-house TA to join their growing team.
Your new role
You are expected to have full-cycle talent acquisition experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, job offer and hiring great employees.
The Talent Acquisition specialist will partner with the HRBP to collaborate with hiring managers to conceptualise clear job descriptions.
You will be require to source and attract candidates by using various platforms such as professional or social networking media/sites and internal databases.
In addition, look into programs and initiative for effective implementation of talent acquisition.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidate should posses a minimum bachelor degree with 3 years of working experience in recruitment. Candidate with in-house experience preferred.
Possess experience in using HR system.
