SOC Manager
Hays Singapore is looking for a SOC Manager to help our client to lead all operations within the SOC.

• Manage and lead during a security incident including following up with any post-mortem activities
• Understand the latest cybersecurity news and trends
• Support and improve the operational processes related to the SOC
• Identify chronic operational and security issues and ensure that they are managed appropriately
• Understand security principles, defences, vulnerabilities, intruder techniques, root cause and incident analysis
• Recommend service improvement plans if and when required

Who you will be working for:

• Well-established leading MNC firm.

What we are looking for:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in SOC
• Knowledge of information security at the conceptual and operational level
• Strong communication skills at technical and business level
• Planning, implementation, quality assurance, service management, communication, relationship building skills
• CISSP, CISM or other information security certifications will be an advantage
