• Ensure robust and effective investigations related to quality and safety deviations site wide
• Report investigation effectiveness for all safety and quality deviations
• Implement the Investigations Training for safety and quality deviations investigations
• Ensure sufficient training and coaching resources meet the investigation goals

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent
• Strong experience in RCA, CAPA
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified
• Strong in technical writing
