Your new role
• To maintain and enhance existing Pega system and contact centre applications
• Responsible for implementation projects for Pega system and contact centre applications
• Translate business and technical requirements into application and process designs
• Manage and lead project delivery throughout the entire software development life cycle, ensuring objectives and deliverables are met
What you'll need to succeed
• Experience in system design and development with Pega system and Genesys contact centre application
• Proficient in technologies such as Java, Javascript, J2EE & MSSQL
• Experience managing vendors and engaging with IT stakeholders
• Experience managing projects, project management certifications will be an advantage
