Your new role
As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible to recruit and onboard new members, as well as identifying customer needs and match them with program benefits. This is an individual contributor role but involves providing coaching and guidance to junior sales members. You will also need to connect with prospective members through tele-sales, emails, online media and meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
As the Senior Sales Manager, you will need to come with over 6 years of experience in sales, expertise in consulting, training, research or executive search as well as passionate about business topics such as strategies, methods and practices.
