My client is looking for an experienced recruiter to join their APAC Recruitment Team in Singapore.

Your new role

• Support the end-to-end recruiting process for a large-scale graduate level hiring program
• Manage general queries from candidates, hiring managers – managing issues appropriately and escalating as required
• Take charge of candidate databases, safeguarding integrity of the data, protecting intellectual property and complying with regulations
• Make sure candidates and hiring managers get a seamless recruiting experience

What you'll need to succeed

• Ideally 3+ years of experience in Financial Services recruitment with some inhouse experience required ideally dealing with high volume/graduate recruitment
• Passionate about human resources and love interacting with people
• Well organized, with a sharp eye for detail combined with excellent time management and organization skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels in the organization
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
• Always professional (but you have the human touch)
• Experience using BrassRing will be advantageous but is not required
