A large global organization, looking to expand their Regional Organizational Design team, up to 350k per annum
Your new company
A large reputable organisation that prides themselves as a thought leader in the industry is looking for a Regional Organisational Design Lead to be part of the transformational journey the organisation is going through. The organisation is known to be ahead of their competitors and you will be given the opportunity to not only be involve in regional projects but learn best practices from other cross-functional leaders in the organisation.
Your new role
You will be reporting directly to a Head of Organisational Design in the region and work closely with a team of OD Leads & Specialists. You will be the go-to-person in advising the business leaders on potential target operating model and work on the respective departmental and organisational structure. You will be a key member to assist in integrating, re-organisation and re-designing jobs, departments, and overall business unit to align the organisational needs. You will be involved in potential M&A projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have 10-12 years of experience in organisational design or other relevant experience.
