Your new role
Due to an individual taking a career break, this company is looking for an experienced HR professional who will be focussing on both HR Performance and Employee Engagement Programs. Part of this hybrid role will include being responsible for monitoring and improving HR scorecards, workforce metrics, internal trend analysis and reporting. The other portion will involve the rollout of global and regional employee engagement programmes and tracking KPI's of current projects. You'll be managing a junior member of the HR team who will be able to assist you.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced HR professional who is passionate about employee engagement and the critical role that this plays in ensuring a positive employee experience. You'll have a true interest in data analytics and have the ability to translate date into relevant information to assist business leaders with making informed decision. A proven track record of both employee engagement rollout and presenting solutions based on data analysis is essential for this roll.
