Due to growth, my client is looking to hire a Senior Manager for their Employee Benefits team. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a desire to progress. The role will require you to bring across your expert knowledge of the industry and contribute to the exponential growth of the brand.

What you'll need to succeed

• The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of industry experience
• Business focused, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Solutions orientated with an expert level of knowledge of all facets of Employee Benefits
• Influential with strong communication and interpersonal skills
