Your new role
You will be responsible for the management of the claims and account servicing team, acting as a resource for account servicing and complex medical claims. You will take a proactive approach to advocate on behalf of the client and employ best efforts to ensure the best possible claim outcome for the clients’ interest. You will be working closely with the Global Head of Claims to provide advice and guidance to the claims and account servicing team to facilitate resolution of outstanding coverage issues.
What you'll need to succeed
• Minimum 7-9 years of Medical Claims experience and leading a team
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure
• Regional claims exposure across SEA
