Our client who manufacture medical equipment is looking for a Senior HR Executive.

Your new role

As part of the team, you will primarily focus on talent acquisition as well as learning & development.

Talent Acquisition:
  • Responsible for full cycle of talent acquisition activities within the business
  • Partner with key stakeholders in understanding and clarifying talent needs and expectations, as well as formulating of effective recruitment strategies
  • Collaborating with various organizations, learning institutions and government agencies for career roadshows, walk-in interviews, developing talent pipeline as well as overseas recruitment of Direct Labour Associates if required.
  • Drive data lead decision making through analysis of key people metrics.
  • Leverage data analytics and use of HR dashboard

Learning & Development

  • Identify competency gaps in the development and to support workforce transformation\
  • Identify external training vendors to match new training needs
  • Liaise with training vendors and in-house trainers on training schedule, training materials, costs, venue, and other arrangements to ensure the proper execution of the training plan
  • Evaluate training and learning effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement

What you'll need to succeed

Candidate with a minimum bachelor degree with 3 years of recruitment (in house / agency) experience.
Preferably experience in both blue & white collar.

Immediate / short notice preferred.

Salary up to $7000 x 13 months.
