Our client is a leading healthcare organisation, known for providing holistic care for patients. Located out south.

Your new role
You will be supporting the compensation team and working closely with stakeholders in reviews, computations, bonuses and increment pay out cycles. You will be an advisor in providing guidance of legislations and HR policies. You will also support key HR projects and initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a HR professional with at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably with experience in Compensation. You will be a team player who can work independently in a fast paced environment. You hold a bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business.
