Your new company
My client is a a global asset manager with regional offices based in Singapore and Hong Kong. The firm is looking for a senior compliance manager to join them on a 12-month contract basis.

Your new role
Based in the Singapore team, you will be part of the lean compliance team reporting to the head of compliance. As the role is a maternity cover, you'll be responsible in both regulatory and business compliance.

Here's a snippet of the JD:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to offer compliance and regulatory advice based on MAS guidelines
• Manage internal compliance processes and keep track of regulatory changes
• Advisory to internal stakeholders on local licensing requirements
• Conduct internal training for compliance adherence policies
• Work closely with Group compliance monitoring team on reviews
• Enforcement of the Group and local AML/CFT requirements

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced regulatory compliance candidate, ideally with buy-side compliance experience. You should also ideally have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in a compliance/legal centric role with sound working knowledge of Singapore CMSL regulations.
