Your new role
You will be leading the compensation team of 2 and working closely with stakeholders in reviews, computations, bonuses and increment pay out cycles, reporting to the CHRO. You will partner key stakeholders in reviewing and implementing group policies and initiatives. You will be an advisor in providing guidance of legislations and HR policies in compensation, performance management and workforce planning.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a HR professional with at least 5 years of HR experience, with Compensation experience. You hold expert knowledge in compensation and possess business acumen mindset to partner stakeholders on projects. Ideally, you hold a bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business.
