Your new role
Your new role will require you to identify issues or gaps in existing work areas and have effective discussion with internal stakeholders on existing and new processes. You will also need to review and ensure that the accounting schedules are in order. You will also coach junior members for future progression and drive the team goals in new work areas.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a degree in accounting and finance and be CPA qualified. You will need to have good technical knowledge of FRS, tax and accounting standards.
