Your new company
My client is one of the fastest growing Crypto Exchange company, with presence across the world. Within a short span of a few years, they have grown to serve both institutional and retail customers across the world and are looking to expand aggressively. They are now looking to hire a Sales/Brokers Operations Manager to join the team in Southeast Asia, including Singapore.

Your new role

• Manage the daily operations of brokers, including onboarding, training, off-boarding, daily Q&A and reports
• Monitor weekly broker data and work extensively with data dashboards to refine user experience and inform management strategy decision.
• Help create a better client experience by synthesizing and championing client feedback across internal partners
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business models and their needs through relationship building and management
• Review broker operations policies and procedures to ensure posting are current and provide operational consistency
• Drive broker projects in conjunction with strategic initiatives to ensure issues are identified and solutions implemented.

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 4 years of proven success in a similar role
• Data-focused, ability to pull and analyze the data.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build and manage strong relationships with the team, cross functional colleagues and external partners.
• Self-starter and leader who evaluates the risks and rewards of running sustainable operation.
• Passion for crypto and digital assets
• Written and spoken fluency with Mandarin is a plus due to the need to communicate with stakeholders from within the organisation
