Your new company

Client is a top-tier wine company seeking for sales & admin support. This is a 2 months convertible contract.

Your new role
  • Follow-up with Sales & Logistics team.
  • Assisting the sales team with new account creation, filling financial documents, quotations and checking on stocks availability.
  • Basic office admin duties such as helping with telephone calls/filing/re-ordering office supplies & etc.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Experienced in retail/e-commerce/sales environment.
  • Experienced with ERP system eg: Microsoft dynamics/365
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills with the ability to take initiative
