Your new role
Reporting into the Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits, you will be supporting all total rewards activities and strategy across Europe and Asia to ensure market competitiveness. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the organisation's total rewards strategy by providing solutions based on data analytics and insights. You will also be a subject matter expert in Total Rewards, ensuring market competitiveness through job evaluations, salary benchmarking, employee benefits review and annual cycle activities.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have at least 5 years of specialised experience in Total Rewards. You have some regional exposure, having the experience working alongside counterparts in Asia or Europe. You have a flair for numbers, bringing in insights to the organisation from data analytics. You are a collaborative team player and a problem solver with sound judgement skills.
