My client is a well-known footwear brand in the world. Due to an expansion in Singapore, they are looking for an experienced Regional Order Fulfilment Specialist to join their team. Central location.

Your new role
  • Manage and process all aspects of the client purchase order through generation of order, distributing goods and invoicing
  • Processing order management, coordinating very closely with service providers such as freight forwarders and warehouse to ensure proper shipping arrangement
  • Accountable to track all order status to ensure sales and service orders are allocated and shipped on time
  • Creating and maintaining master data and price list in SAP and answering to customers enquires.
  • Work with finance on billing and invoicing matters
  • Maintain all administrative documentation and inventory records

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related
  • At least 3 years working experience in a similar role
  • Experienced in SAP
  • Someone who is a team player and enjoy working in a multinational company
