A large global institution is looking for a Regional Learning Lead, up to SGD25k per month

Our client is a global organisation and is one of the top players in their field, constantly looking to be at their best and be at the forefront of the industry. The organisation has been going through major transformation over the last 5 years and is looking for an innovative Regional Learning Lead to be part of the journey of the organisation's reskilling framework.
Your new role
You will be reporting directly to the Global Learning Lead that is based in the headquarter office. You will be the key person to go to in driving the learning agenda across the region, and it would require you to handle complex stakeholder relationships (Head of Departments, direct reports of the CEOs and the senior management team), designing and delivering a strategic learning approach and lead the implementation of it across various regions with the help of other Learning Business Partners and HR colleagues.
What you'll need to succeed
You would need to have at least 8-10 years of experience in the Learning & Development field, and is able to work in an agile work environment.
