Your new role
As a regional HRBP, you'll be responsible for supporting the HR function across various locations for the group including Korea, Japan and ANZ. Employee engagement and influencing a positive company culture are key to this role as well as bridging the relationship between headquarters and the various regions.
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires an experienced HR lead who has worked in a complex matrix organisation. Both a tech background and the ability to be able to converse in both Chinese and English are essential for this role. Some level of Japanese will be an advantage.
You'll be an excellent communicator, looking to influence change through your relationship with various stakeholders.
