Your new role
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be leading a small team and managing the compensation and benefits processes including, mobility, HRIS and workforce planning across the region. You will have the opportunity to partner your HR counterparts across the region by guiding them through data analytics. You will also be a subject matter expert in Total Rewards, ensuring market competitiveness through job evaluations, salary structures and benchmarking, executive compensation and annual cycle activities.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have 10 years of HR experience with recent years in a regional strategic C&B role. You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves and running daily operational matters while being a strategic partner to your regional HR counterparts. You are a collaborative team player and a problem solver with sound judgement skills. You are forward looking and thrive on making changes and improvements in the organisation.
