A government owned company is looking for a dynamic and driven M&E Principal Engineer.

Your new role
  • Responsible for building services with respect to the design and management to commercial, underground and above ground substation and transmission cable tunnel projects assigned, including the monitoring of budget performance, cash flows and preparation of monthly progress reports
  • Ensure that all projects to be implemented are completed on time, within approved project costs and of quality consistent with the contract specifications and statutory compliance.
  • Co-ordinate with consultant and site staff to ensure that M&E services equipment supplied is of good quality and installed with a high standard of workmanship
  • Provide technical advice on works of integrated mechanical and electrical services
  • Coordinate planning, design and submission to Government authorities for approval, tender documentation and contract/site administration for departmental projects


What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering recognized by Professional Engineers Board Singapore
  • At least 10 years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical works; preferably with experience in commercial office and retail works
  • Candidate with project management, project finance management and contract management experience is preferred
