This Financial services firm is looking for an associate to support their brokerage team with Data management.

Your new role

• Execution of Client and Operational Data and front to back brokerage agreement

• Maintaining high quality, clean data by adhering to a strict governance and controls framework
• Provide business brokerage analysis reports for brokerage rate negotiation with customers
• Liaise closely with the front office and back office to provide accurate rates and product list for all the brokerage agreements
• Work closely with front and back stakeholders on all matters related to brokerage and client data, including brokerage investigation to resolve any debt collection issues.
• To drive system integration projects as well as cross-training team members on multi-branded processes/services
• Support cross functional Operations divisions for change implementations on process workflow efficiency and automation or strategic project initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• Has experience working within a financial institution
• Has experience with power automate (+Python/Alteryx/Robotics)
• Experience with change management/process improvement experience
