A well established global investment firm is looking to hire an Office Manager position to join their exciting venture.

Your new role
As a sole contributor for an expansion in business unit, you will be responsible in handling and supporting the calendar and time arrangement of the Managing director as well as the Singapore office. You will be providing office manager duties such as running the office relating to vendors, leasing, office spaces etc. You will also be tasked to manage corporate communications matters and will be working closely with various stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You would need a minimum relevant diploma with 10 years of office management experience. Able to work in a fast pace environment and communicate with various stakeholders.
