A leading global trading company is looking to hire an Office Manager position to join their exciting venture.

Your new role
As a sole contributor, you will be responsible in supporting the office with administrative duties across APAC region. Some of the duties you will be handling will calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, liaising with vendors as well as politics vetting and being involved in process improvement projects. You will also be tasked to manage corporate communications matters and will be working closely with various stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You would need a minimum relevant diploma with 8 years of office management experience. Able to work in a fast pace environment and communicate with various stakeholders. Experience in politics vetting and involvement in process improvement projects will be an advantage.
