Helpdesk Support Analyst (6 months contract)

Your new company
This is a multinational supply and trading firm with presence in over 50 countries. This organisation specialises in energy and commodity trading of a wide range of products.

Your new role
As a Helpdesk Support Analyst, you will be the main point of contact in providing 1st level of support to the front desks. You will also provide support in some backend development and coding.

As a Helpdesk Support Analyst, you will also be collaborating with Level 2 support while ensuring effective communication with new users. This is a contract till 31 December with opportunities for extension.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Hands-on experience in providing Level 1 desktop support
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in either Mandarin/Japanese/Korean as you will be working with data in those languages
  • A drive to learn
