Your new role
Working in a large HR team with leadership support, our client has 2 positions within the team due to an internal restructure. Both sitting within the Shared Services team at various levels. Responsibilities will include all aspects of the HR operational cycle. You'll be responsible for dealing with various queries with multiple stakeholders,
What you'll need to succeed You'll be an experienced HR professional who has attention to detail and is able to deal with stakeholders at various levels in a calm, diligent manner. You'll also have experience in providing process improvement where necessary and ideally have managed a small team or are looking for the next step up in our career within HR Operational Support. You'll have a self sense of accountability which will allow you to succeed in this role.
