L2 Technical Support Specialist

Provide second level Technical and Application support to end users for common issues. Permanent Role.

Your new role
Your responsibilities include:
  • Supporting case owners with 2nd level technical support for their end users.
  • Streamlining the support process starting from the 2nd level.
  • Provide technical documentation, troubleshooting and reporting for common issues.
  • Troubleshooting of in-house application issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalation issues.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • 2 years of working experience in an IT environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services such as AWS / Azure / GCP.
  • Good knowledge of ISO 9001
  • Knowledge of Network topology and technologies
