Your new role
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting case owners with 2nd level technical support for their end users.
- Streamlining the support process starting from the 2nd level.
What you'll need to succeed
- Provide technical documentation, troubleshooting and reporting for common issues.
- Troubleshooting of in-house application issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalation issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 2 years of working experience in an IT environment.
