Your new role
As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong and productive relationships with customers to meet their service expectations. You will also liaise with internal departments, collect and consolidate client requirements, coordinate with the service vendors to meet customer expectations.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will come with over 3 years experience in an operational sales or account management role, preferably in the hospitality / travel industry, coupled with excellent communication and sales skills.
