Our client is a top-tier bank hiring for a Infrastructure PM to join their team. This is a newly created headcount for migration project.

Your new role
This is a IT Project Manager role focusing on Infrastructure Projects - The duration of this role is for 12months, with opportunity to convert in to a permanent role if performance is outstanding during the contractual period.

• Liaise with internal customers and stakeholders to capture infrastructure requirements
• Act as project manager for specific domestic, regional projects for the group
• Keep track of project scope, schedule, budget, communications, risks and issues
• Arrange project meeting and prepare minutes
• Track project timelines and deliverables; create status reports
• Prepare communication email with end-users, project resources and stakeholders across IT Infrastructure, application teams and businesses
• Liaise with internal technical teams and stakeholders on Infrastructure related tasks
• File communication documents of Infrastructure activities for the technology group
• Check implementation activities : Change tickets, resource availability, check list and contact list, etc

• Be an expert with strong Project Management knowledge and experience, ideally with relevant technical certifications (PRINCE2 or PMP preferred, but not necessary)
• Build and develop project team to ensure maximum performance, providing guidance, direction and motivation.
• Build strong relationship with global stakeholders and effectively use metrics and data visualisation to report progress and updates on project status.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to appropriate management channels as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation
