Your new company is a leading firm in the Technology industry with strong development and training development. You will join a large team of engineers and serve to provide your expertise on IT infrastructure.

Your new role
This is a technically-inclined role where you will be tasked to operate the day to day operations and perform L1 troubleshoot and support for end-user.

You will manage IT infrastructure and provide day to day support for hardware, applications and end-users. You will carry out monitoring and maintenance of systems and Windows servers infrastructure and resolve any issues that arises with proper documentation and reports.

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma or degree in computer sciences, information technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ of relevant experience operation in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and MacOS)
• Hands-on experience on operating systems technology such as Windows server and Linux.
