IT Director, Contact Centre

Permanent role to transform a Contact Centre for a global business as part of their digital transformation.

Your new company
Your new firm is a market leader in the logistics and supply chain industry with strong branding. This is a newly created position as part of their digital transformation journey to digitalise their Contact Centre.

Your new role
  • Spearhead the digital transformation of legacy infrastructure to cloud environment and take ownership of XaaS platforms in a Contact Centre environment
  • Serve as a Business Partner and Consultant to the business, working with cross-functional departments to identify areas of improvements and develop solutions to improve efficiency
  • Develop and design public cloud framework according to business requirements, working with vendors to ensure smooth rollout and delivery
  • Lead the implementation of new technologies within the Contact Centre environment to meet business requirements
  • Architect and configure multi-cloud framework and application integration into existing infrastructure to enhance business operations
  • Develop and build a team of engineers to sustain and complete the digital transformation project

What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimally 12 years of experience in Technology covering all aspects from Infrastructure and Cloud, Applications and Security
  • Proven track record delivering complex and large scale digital transformation projects in Contact Centre environments from end to end, overseeing the delivery, and implementation and operations
  • Familiarity with public cloud infrastructure and framework, with the experience deploying and migrating large scale enterprise architecture
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Contact Centre infrastructure setup, cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure and business solutions
  • Proven experience in a similar role carrying out digital transformation projects, developing enterprise architecture roadmap and framework
  • Strong business acumen with a technical mind to serve as a business partner and consultant to the business
  • Concise and clear communication skills, as well as strong vendor management to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Technical certifications such as PMP, ITIL, and any cloud certifications as a strong advantage
