Your new role
• Technical support and maintenance of CRM, ERP, Power BI for internal users
• Analyse requirements of end users and providing a roadmap for implementation of solutions.
• Deployment of IT Projects through design, development, and testing.
• Coordination with Internal stakeholders and management of external vendors to ensure smooth rollout of project.
• Coordinate with internal users, staff to ensure smooth operation of applications
What you'll need to succeed
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant experience working with Enterprise Applications such as ERP, CRM or Power BI
• Exceptional language skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking users
• Experience working with Oracle Netsuite would be a strong advantage
• Able to work both independently and in a team
