A growing market leader is currently looking for a HR Specialist to be part of their team to oversee and support the business on all HR related matters. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible.

Your new role
You will be part of the HR team as a HR Specialist looking after end-to-end employee life cycle, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and Performance management. You would be responsible for driving and championing regional HR functions/initiatives within the organisation. Play a critical role in functional program design and development

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

• Strong HR operations and Talent Acquisition experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
• Individual who has large organization experience and managing various stakeholders
