A growing market leader is currently looking for a HR Manager to be part of their team to oversee and support the business on all HR related matters. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible.

Your new role

You will be leading the team as a HR Manager overseeing HR operations, recruitment, learning and development. You will be the leading and guiding a team of 3 HR personnel. Additionally, you will be given opportunities to work on exciting HR employee engagement and branding based projects that the company will engage in and you will be deeply involved in the strategic development of the company.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need have strong leadership qualities, and is familiar with the entire spectrum of HR operations. You will ideally have the characteristic of bold and dares to challenge the status quo. You will also need to be able to come up with innovative strategic plans to help improve efficacy within the company and be able to execute these projects well.
