Your new company
A growing and listed market leader who has been around since 1989, with global team of over 80,000 employees worldwide is currently looking for a HR Business Partner to be part of their team to provide support to senior management and employees. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible.

Your new role
You will be part of the HR team as a HR Business Partner looking after end-to-end employee life cycle, HR operations, learning & development needs, succession planning as well as talent management. You would be responsible for driving and championing HR functions/initiatives within the organisation. Additionally, you will be given opportunities to work on exciting HR projects that the company initiates.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

• Strong HR operations and business partnering experiences
• Comfortable working with stakeholders and line managers in a fast pace environment
• Creative and innovation to deal with difficult stakeholders
• Support learning and development initiatives and execution of employee engagement initiatives
