Your new role
With extensive growth plans, this organisation is seeking a strategic HR leader to not only have operational oversight across SE Asia but also to be able to be a true business partner to senior stakeholders at group level and the Managing Director.
Responsibilities will include strategic direction across various elements of HR including organisational development, talent management and regional growth.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a strong, agile HR leader with either retail or FMCG experience and a strong track record in business partnering with various senior stakeholders whilst ensuring a hands on approach to ensure strong operation oversight.
This will suit an individual who is ambitious and would like to take the next step in their HR career
