Your new role

• Proactively build candidates pipeline for Global Wealth Management Greater China market through different channels
• Share external market intelligence with different internal stakeholders to ensure we are competitive in the market
• Manage the whole recruitment process and data consistency with current legislation and internal requirements
• Build relationships with hiring managers and other HR colleagues to ensure candidates and hiring managers get a seamless recruiting experience

What you'll need to succeed

• Passionate in building strong candidate networks
• Previous experience in Banking and Finance recruitment
• Resilient team player and truly service oriented
• An excellent negotiator and communicator
• Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills
• Fluent communicator
