International HR Operations Lead (Interim role)

Drive change across a business and set the new HR strategy

Our client is a global, well-established organisation looking for a senior HR professional to be part of the Global Leadership Team and get involved in HR operational transformation across the business.

Partnering with the CEO, you will drive key areas of the HR agenda making sure changes are effectively supported in key projects, in particular focusing on the core HR operational processes and procedures in order to ensure the smooth running of the business.

As International HR Operations Head, you will ideally have experience working across geographies including US, Europe and Asia, and have been involved in the hands on restructuring of HR operations in a business. You will also have the confidence to engage across an organisation regardless of geography, culture, including a good understanding of how to fit diverse cultural teams together.

Your track record will include having the ability and credibility to work with and influence senior stakeholders as well as have demonstrated experience of managing complex change initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
