Perform the role of Asset Manager including managing strong relationships with Joint Operating Committee, Joint Venture Manager & JV Finance leads, valuation, financial reporting, treasury, and corporate secretarial activities in relation to the trust.
Review and maintain the financial models post successful acquisition to monitor financial returns (including IRR) for reporting and presentation to internal and external stakeholders and unitholders/partners
Support overall Project level modelling as required for commercial assessment. Scenario and sensitivity analysis on commercial opportunities and risks.
Oversee the preparation of reporting packs for presentation in SPV’s board, internal and external meetings.
Keep up to date with economic market trends, transactions and perform benchmark analysis
Identify key commercial drivers with a specific focus on impact to Investment matrix (i.e. IRR, MOC, NPV etc)
Manage asset development financials and work closely with development, leasing and operation teams and forecast impact on asset returns
Formulate and review commercial terms for contracts to ensure advantageous impact to project cash flow streams and asset financials (i.e. Lease agreements, Sales and Purchase Agreements, service contracts, D&C Contract, etc.)
Manage budgets within the Total Project Cost together with the respective asset development managers
