Your new role
  • Build good relationships with key retailers.
  • Share/collect marketing plans/marketing requests when visiting key retailers.
  • Support on executing sales & marketing activities which may require.
  • Prepare and coordinate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with top 8- 16 retail accounts in each country.
  • Provide market competition position information in monthly report
  • Visit the pre-agreed quarterly focused retailers and check store on hand inventory and sell through quantities
  • Enter new retail segments beyond existing channels - Consult with team on developing a go to market 4P
  • Proposition Pitch to new channels Sports, Watch and Lifestyle retailers. This includes Margins, Sell Through
  • Management, Store Mapping, and Ranking.
  • Identify the high-level contacts of Sports, Watch and Departmental Store Leadership team and assist Regional
  • Team to set up meeting pitches and follow ups.
  • Provide a Competition Landscape Report on a Monthly and Quarterly Basis

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Min 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or partner management in a consumer electronics/products company.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and with basic Bahasa Melayu/Indonesia being an added value ability for our markets.
