Enterprise Marketing Manager, APAC

You will be working with a fast paced, world renowned technology company, where you will be focused on growing awareness and preference for the product in our priority industries and solutions through thought leadership programs, value propositions and campaigns that resonate with our customers and partners.

Your new role
  • Industry marketing programs (primarily Retail and FSI) and key solutions, working closely with Global campaign leads to represent and integrate regional requirements into global programs, and with country marketing teams to land messaging and campaigns across markets
  • Build impactful new regional Industry programs, executing across multiple channels and markets. Example - IDC Retail Digital Pulse Campaign that centers around an infobrief and is promoted through blogs, emails, third party, events, infographics, social, roundtables etc.
  • Partner with country marketing teams to land global and regional programs in markets, track performance and optimize through regular interlocks and feedback
  • Work with scaled program lead to input on programs like paid media, outbound telesales campaigns, closely monitoring and tracking results
  • Work with regional marketers to assist with localisation requirements by selecting and submitting assets for localisation, and tracking utilization and results
  • Work on educating partners on campaigns and messaging with a goal to scale through partner led marketing activities
  • Analyse impact of marketing programs to achieve business targets on customer acquisition and growth while optimizing investment (through SFDC and other reports). Create tracking reports for new programs, proactively review results and suggest course correction if required.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders across APAC markets and the central Marketing team.
  • Monitor budgets for all marketing activities and support ad-hoc projects.

What you'll need to succeed
  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).
  • Over 8 years of relevant B2B marketing.
  • Experience in Enterprise marketing in technology.
  • Cloud technology will be a plus.
  • Good understanding of APAC markets.
  • Outstanding execution and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness and attention to detail.
  • Great analytical skills with the ability to work with business analysts and create and drive new reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, ability to engage directly with stakeholders and agency partners at all levels.
  • Proven ability to drive thought leadership content MBA or Master’s degree a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills
