Your new role
As a specialist in Employee Relations, you will be leading and executing employee relations, aligning it to the global ER strategy. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that ER matters are always up to date according to legislations. You will manage the ER process risk framework and resolve complex disciplinary and grievances cases.
What you'll need to succeed
You have at least 7 years of experience dealing with Employee Relations, including managing investigations. You will be a team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You are a natural leader and have the ability to work autonomously and provide guidance to your stakeholders. You hold a bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business.
